Project background
Dom Development S.A. is the largest and one of the longest-standing residential developers on the Polish market. The company has been operating since 1996 and has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 2006. By the end of 2020, it had delivered 39,000 apartments and flats.
The dynamic growth of Dom Development Group initiated a digital transformation process and the need to create modern websites for all subsidiaries, based on a consistent visual identity. A key goal was to support sales and integrate all websites with a single source of data – the CRM system – to provide customers with up-to-date offers and equip sales teams with efficient tools.
Challenge
Dom Development’s digital transformation required the creation of a multi-site online ecosystem that automates offer management and supports sales, enables personalised communication with users based on their location, ensures availability and optimal presentation of offers across devices, and streamlines the sales office workflow with fast access to always-current data.
The project’s requirements went beyond technology and included maintaining a consistent visual identity across all subsidiaries, as well as creating a flexible and scalable infrastructure capable of supporting dynamic growth and intensive marketing activities.

We designed and implemented a modern ecosystem of websites built on Kentico Xperience, providing centralised content management and easy scalability.
Key elements of the solution:
- CRM integration (Microsoft Dynamics): real-time presentation of current offers, automatic lead collection, and transfer to internal systems.
- Synchronous and asynchronous data import: reduced offer update time from 24 hours to 45 minutes.
- Geolocation-based personalisation: implemented user location detection (MaxMind) and presented tailored offers.
- Web application for the sales office: integrated with the website, supporting the presentation of current offers to clients.
- Scalability and performance: flexible hosting environment and Cloudflare-based caching system.
- Full web analytics (Matomo): user behaviour monitoring, path analysis, and marketing optimisation.
Results
The new ecosystem enabled Dom Development to efficiently manage its entire residential offer and present it almost in real time. Shortened update times increased sales efficiency, while personalised content improved user engagement.
Thanks to a consistent technology infrastructure, new websites can be launched quickly and integrated with additional marketing tools. The company has seen a significant increase in lead generation and improved online conversion rates.
