Idwal Marine is an independent consulting and service company operating in the global maritime sector. Its core activities include ship inspections and surveys, organization and supervision of repairs, as well as comprehensive dock management – including technical problem-solving for vessels.
The company serves a wide range of stakeholders – from banks and financial institutions, through private equity groups, shipowners and brokers, to insurers and charterers. Through inspections and technical risk assessments, Idwal Marine helps safeguard investments and reduce operating costs across the shipping industry.

In close cooperation with Idwal Marine’s experts, we designed and implemented InspectMyShip.com – a world-first platform that transformed the way ship inspections are conducted.
The project included:
- an e-commerce system enabling fast inspection bookings,
- a customer portal providing access to reports and cooperation history,
- a back-office system built on our proprietary ASAP™ (Advanced Service Automation Platform) and the .NET framework, automating business processes end-to-end.
It was the first solution of its kind in the global maritime industry.
Project scope
Analysis: mapping client business processes.
Solution design: developing the concept of full automation for inspection processes.
Development: implementation of e-commerce platform and customer portal, business communication automation, integration with external systems, databases and APIs, automated generation of inspection reports, centralised data collection and workflow processing.
Support & maintenance: monitoring, analysis, and reporting of key business performance indicators.
