Project background
Synage is a Białystok-based team of specialists that has been successfully developing and executing product strategies and marketing campaigns for interior design brands for many years.
In 2018, when one of the leading distributors of bathroom fittings decided to expand its sales through an online channel, Synage and Infinity Group began a close, partnership-based collaboration.
By combining Synage’s vision with the technological expertise of the Infinity Group team, Domni.pl was created – one of the most refined e-commerce platforms in the Polish interior design sector.
Challenge
The goal was to build an intuitive, modern e-commerce platform that inspires users and helps them make confident purchasing decisions.
Key challenges included:
Launching an independent online sales channel without traditional intermediaries.
Close collaboration between teams with strong knowledge transfer (practical Agile approach, iterative planning and development reviews).
Integration and automation of key ERP-side processes.
Reaching customers who value quality, style, and shopping experience over price.

Key technology updates
Platform modernisation (upgrade)
As part of the platform’s evolution, we implemented an architectural upgrade:
- The administrative panel was migrated to .NET Core, improving performance, stability, and security.
- The development environment and deployment pipeline were also enhanced.
Optimisation for LLM Integration
To prepare the platform for future integration with language models, we:
- refactor content and data structures,
- improve indexing quality and information accessibility,
- enhance SEO structure and contextual data,
- prepare the platform for automated generation of recommendations and purchase-supporting content.
Project scope
Analysis: business processes, technology stack, strategic goals, RAID analysis.
Solution design: UX/UI design, system architecture, data model, migration planning.
Development: frontend and backend implementation, deployments and integrations, automated and performance testing.
Maintenance and development: continuous support, conversion optimisation, analytics and reporting.
