Project background
The Demant Group is a global company, operating in over 30 countries and employing more than 16,000 people worldwide. Its employees develop technologies that significantly improve the lives of people with hearing loss. Oticon, founded in 1904 by Hans Demant, is a recognised leader in the hearing aid industry.
Challenge
The client approached us with a need to design an engaging employer branding website for Demant in Poland (then operating as DGS Poland) that would present the company as an attractive employer. The challenge was to combine two critical requirements: maintaining global standards and technology frameworks used across the group, while creating a locally appealing and distinctive platform for candidates.
Key to this was understanding both the brand strategy and positioning, as well as the technical constraints imposed by the pre-defined Sitecore modules used in over 200 websites globally.
This required close collaboration with the Copenhagen headquarters, an integrated UX design approach, and precise adaptation of layouts and content to the existing framework, while ensuring high-quality visual and functional communication.

Infinity Group implemented the Employer Branding Website (www.dgs.pl), working closely with the global web team in Copenhagen. The site was built on 5 precisely defined modules, which operate in over 200 websites worldwide.
Key implementation elements:
- Integration with Demant’s global Sitecore code repository.
- Configuration of all modules within the existing Sitecore environment.
- Maintaining layout compliance with the corporate UX/UI framework.
Project scope
Analysis: Business process analysis, client requirements, and rebranding needs (2021); client workshops
Solution Design: Creative and UX concept for the entire site, copywriting, infographic design, graphic design with responsive design (RWD)
Development: Sitecore (v.8.2) implementation delivered by WDH Web Team; module styling and configuration (CSS/JS); Sitecore integration with the client’s Recruitment Centre and Poland’s main recruitment portal, www.pracuj.pl; testing; documentation and training
This project marked the beginning of a long-term collaboration with the Demant Group, including a full site rebranding in 2019–2020, migration from dgs.pl to demant.pl, and adaptation of layouts to global standards.
