Project background
Dom Development Group is the largest and one of the longest-standing residential developers on the Polish market. Since 1996, the Group has delivered over 49,000 apartments and has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 2006. In addition to it’s development activities, the Group includes general contracting companies – Dom Construction and Euro Styl Construction.
Such a large and dynamically growing organisation required modern tools to centralise knowledge and streamline internal communication, particularly when working across different cities and subsidiaries. This project was entrusted to Infinity Group as Dom Development’s trusted technology partner – we have been collaborating with the Group for years, including a successful Kentico implementation, whose success laid the foundation for this continued partnership.

In collaboration with Infinity Group, Dom Development implemented the Workai platform, utilising Workai Intranet and Workai Knowledge modules. This created a modern intranet that became the central hub for communication, knowledge, and collaboration across the Group.
In the first stage of the intranet implementation, we conducted an audit across all relevant areas of the Group, which allowed us to define needs and select the appropriate Workai modules. We created a new information architecture, migrated content, and prepared editors to work on the platform. As a result, within a month, the intranet was filled with target content, and the homepage configuration made it the central communication hub.
