Project background
E-Kiosk is a leading provider of digital press in Poland, offering e-books, audiobooks, and digital newspapers. The company delivers content to key public and commercial institutions, focusing on innovation and top-quality solutions.
E-Kiosk’s mission is to make digital content widely accessible while respecting copyright laws, and to support publishers in monetizing their offerings. In this context, the company needed a modern tool for selling accounting solutions targeted at accounting offices, tax advisory firms, and SMEs.

The result of our collaboration was the Mała Księgowość Rzeczpospolitej platform, enabling the sale of accounting solutions while providing access to Rzeczpospolita.pl for the duration of the license.
The platform was fully integrated with the vTiger CRM, enabling comprehensive management of pricing, order handling, claims, and financial settlements, which significantly reduced customer service times.
The presentation layer uses PimCore, while product and order management is handled through CoreShop. Leveraging the existing technology stack, upgrading, and optimizing it allowed maximum automation of the sales process, including managing corrections of accounting documents and pro-forma invoice payments.
Project scope
Analysis: Business processes, technology, challenges, and client goals; workshops with stakeholders; definition of required initiatives, project requirements, and resources.
Solution Design: Technical design (technology stack, logical and physical architecture), test scenarios, environment setup, and performance testing.
Development: Implementation of functionalities, integration with external systems, production environment setup, manual and performance testing, documentation, manuals, and training.
Support & Maintenance: Service support, project development, SLA agreement.
