Project background
For several decades, the Kusch brand has held a well-established position in the public space furnishing segment, offering products characterised by high functionality, precision craftsmanship, and timeless design.
With the expansion of its portfolio and increasing activity in international markets, the need arose to create a modern digital platform that would consistently reflect Kusch’s values and strategic direction.
The new website was designed as a strategic communication tool – serving B2B clients, designers, and business partners, as well as internal teams – enabling efficient presentation of the offering, standardisation of the user experience, and strengthening of the brand’s image in the digital environment.
Challenge
Kusch’s growth exposed the limitations of the existing website. The platform was not prepared to handle a growing number of users or an increasingly complex structure of products and content.
A key aspect of the project was to unify the visual identity of the Kusch brand, which had evolved significantly in recent years. To efficiently implement proven solutions and maintain consistent technological standards, the new website was built on the Kentico platform – successfully used on the Polish market.

An additional challenge was the need to better showcase the brand’s design capabilities and demonstrate the diverse applications of its products – from public and commercial spaces to specialised facilities with high functional requirements.

In response to the identified needs, we designed and implemented a modern digital platform based on Kentico Xperience, combining advanced functionality, clear navigation, and an aesthetic aligned with Kusch’s DNA.
A key element of the solution was the implementation of an architecture enabling integration with systems managing product data and digital assets. As a result:
- the PIM system now serves as the source of product data for the catalogue section,
- a Digital Asset Management (DAM) application provides architects and distributors with access to materials,
- users can quickly search for and download required assets directly from the website.
As the Nowy Styl IT department operates well-structured internal processes for collecting product data within a PIM tool, it also serves as the data source for the product section of the Kusch website.
The platform was designed with scalability in mind, allowing it to grow alongside the organisation and its expanding offering.
