Project background
Nowy Styl is a European leader in the office furniture market, delivering comprehensive workspace solutions. The company also equips public spaces such as healthcare facilities, stadiums with tens of thousands of seats, and concert halls. Its products are sold in over 100 countries, with its own offices and organisational structures in 18 countries across Europe and the Middle East. The company operates advanced manufacturing facilities equipped with state-of-the-art technologies.
Challenge
The objective of the project was to develop a modern digital platform to support both brand communication and sales processes across B2B and B2C models. The new platform was also intended to reinforce the company’s brand transformation and more effectively communicate its values in the digital environment. Key objectives included:
An additional challenge was to highlight the company’s service offering, which had previously existed alongside the product portfolio. The platform needed to enable efficient communication and presentation of these services on an equal footing with products.

Nowy Styl’s sales strategy is based on collaboration with a network of distributors and active participation in the decision-making process of end customers – particularly through engagement with designers and architects. To effectively support these processes in the digital environment, a new web platform based on a Digital Experience Platform (DXP) solution was developed.
The platform was designed as a central tool supporting both sales and communication, enabling:
- automation of service processes,
- qualification of sales leads,
- sharing of materials with business partners,
- publishing and updating product information.
An important element of the project was also the development of a new visual layer, designed to consistently and modernly reflect the values of the Nowy Styl brand.
